Practical application

■ Suitable for fire pipes, HVAC pipes, spray pipes, hot water pipes, water supply and drainage pipes and other process pipes below DN200
■ Easy installation, can be connected with the channel steel system to form a complete gas pipeline support system.

Installation

■ Open the bolt at one end and place the pipe into the pipe bundle.
■ Connect the tube bundle and tube bundle buckle pad through the screw to fix it to the channel steel.

Structural appearance

■ Two locking bolts to facilitate fine-tuning of pipe size specifications.
■ EPDM rubber liner with vibration damping and sound insulation fruit.
■ High-strength tube bundle design helps improve the rigidity of the material.

Technology

■ Material: Inert rubber inner liner EPDM, STW22 steel is produced according to DIN EN 10111 standard.
■ Working temperature: -40oC-110oC.
■ Noise reduction index: 18dB (A).
■ Recommended design load: max F = 3kN.
